A beautifully maintained property. Everything was inviting and comfortable from the reception area to the breakfast and dining area to my large king size room. I couldn’t have ask for more. All the staff made me feel special - including the young lady that cleans the rooms. However, one staff member stood out above everything and anyone else. Your General Manager Bridget Kudlacs is not only an outstanding employee she is an outstanding human being. My son was in the hospital in the ICU at St. Clare’s Hospital. Each day when I was either leaving or returning to the Comfort Inn her warm and caring spirit lifted me up and made me feel better. Just being in her presence is like getting a warm hug. Her smile lights up the room. You can tell that she’s a genuinely kind giving person. She is a rare jewel and you should feel honored that she is the face of your hotel.

The staff was amazing! I was stuck there due to car issues and they were more than willing to accommodate me. They would allow me to check out late and then when last minute needed to add a night they bent over backwards to help me. I have a special needs daughter and they were accommodating and patient. The rooms were extremely clean and nicely maintained. The area is not the safest but they make sure anyone who stays with them is. I will never stay anywhere else!

I felt pretty secure with my car in parking lot. They had lots of lamp posts that were well lit like a football stadium (they are a model for lots of hotels who need to follow this)and a video camera to keep an eye out for thieves and criminal activity. The hotel still looked pretty new, well kept, compared to all the run down older hotels in the area. I especially enjoyed the soft foam mattress topper on our king size bed. Super soft, cloud of cushion, top of the line high quality sheets and lots of pillows. No joke, It’s the first time ever to sleep good on a hotel mattress! The hotel staff very was nice and accommodating for a late check out. They even offered to put on top 5th floor which had an window facing freeway and beautiful at night. It was a perfect birthday weekend getaway! Also being away from all the other hotels, traffic was so much quieter but still close enough driving distance to get to basic places like the grocery store, restaurants and gas station.

The breakfast was great! The gym was also excellent. The room was very clean, warm and comfortable, and there were 4 pillows on each bed, very handy for those of us who have back problems. The bathtub was large, clean and comfortable, with lots of water pressure, lots of big fluffy towels, and very nice soaps, shampoos and conditioners.

I am truly grateful to the general manager Bridget for her generous help and kindness. She's always willing to help and provides a lot of valuable suggestions to us. She has done everything to make us feel comfortable here.

This was a great location with places close enough to drive to, but not much right next to the property so it was super quiet! Good breakfast with cheerful staff, comfortable beds, nice big windows (but good blackout curtains!)Very high ceilings made room feel huge . Front desk very nice. Everything looked fresh and clean and well maintained- would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast is good. These place is new and worth staying here. The parking is well lighted with security during the night. First I was afraid since the SUV that I have is new (6 months old) but since the lighted parking keep the bad guy away. Specially it was full of expensive stuff. The staff are very professional and care about there customers (specially Bridget). I really admire her dedication. She deserve a bonus. (September 25 to October 08) my own expense.

Easy access to freeway and cozy size (ie not a giant facility with too many guests. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Workout room was basic, but well maintained. Good coffee.

Clean and new-looking rooms, hallways and lobby. All is in great shape. Comfy bed, quiet hallway. Free EV charger. The person who checked me in was pleasant and courteous.
